How do I start the return/exchange process?

As an Octo customer, you are entitled to a 14-day return/exchange window once you receive your package.

The items must be returned in their original condition. Without scratches, wear marks, or other issues. Please make sure that the items are not damaged/scratched during transport.

You must return your item with its original packaging. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

If you are exchanging your item for a product of greater value, you will be required to pay additional fees to cover the cost of the new item. If you want a product at a lower value, we will refund the difference.

If the items do not reach us in their original condition or are shipped more than 14 days after the delivery, we will not process refunds or store credit. We will not be held accountable for lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your return package to reach our address (depending on your location). We’ll only issue a refund, store credit, or exchange once the parcel is delivered to us.
