After exhaustive material research to guarantee the high resistance levels, some surveys to evaluate accurate customer feedback, and countless extreme tests, we decided to offer lifetime warranty.
What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
The Lifetime Color Warranty guarantees that we will replace any jewelry (free of charge) which shows any signs of discoloration relating to the PDV coating or breakage issues.
What do I need to do to activate the Lifetime Warranty?

In order for us to assess whether the item meets the requirements of the warranty, it is mandatory that you provide photos or videos showing the broken item or the discoloration issue. If our team is able to verify the issue, either a store credit/discount code with the item value will be provided or a replacement for the item.
What is not covered by our Lifetime Warranty?
Lost items are not covered by the Lifetime warranty.
Damage resulting from repair, service, or alterations
Scratches, wear and tear, lack of care, improper maintenance, tampering, abuse
Non-Octo Jewelry
The warranty will not activate if the photo or video is not provided following the Customer Support agent’s request.
